The public works project,pwp,is currently working on the preparation for commencing implementation of the yecrp additional funding.  By june,2017,the pwp identified 349 subprojects to be implemented under the new funding. Estimated cost for these projects has been put at $24 million.

The pwp  has been conducting field work to identify priorities and target areas in keeping with the project development objectives. 273 Subprojects are slated to be offered to local contractors in a tender to kick start the implementation effort at a cost of $19 million.
