PWP started in earnest early this month field visits to various governorates for the handover of projects sites for the implementation of social protection and COVID-19 response projects (ESPECRP).

This project is funded by the World Bank in partnership with UNDP.

During the handover, contractors who won the bids to implement these projects, praised the level of transparency applied by PWP in the bidding process.

They also spoke highly about PWP’s good image and the respectable reputation it has gained all over Yemen. They said the process has enabled them to overcome the difficult and complex circumstances impacting the work environment during these exceptional times.
