Paving Al-Misbahi road ...allows people to use cars instead of donkeys
The Directorate of Kusma - Rima province - a mountainous difficult terrain where there is Al-Misbahi road, bumpy and lifeline road of many villages in this Directorate, and the cars movement has been suspended in this road since 2010 ( almost since 7 years)
A dream comes true
Mohammed Al-Bakali, the five-year-old resident of Kusma region who suffers from inability to meet the needs of his household in the difficult circumstances due to the lack of employment opportunities and furthermore, he suffers from inability in transporting these requirements of wheat, rice, oil and so on, as the vehicles have not been entering his village since years due to the rough road. Alternatively, the available means are the animals and their prices are very expensive which can't be afford by the majority of the population .
Al-Bakali confirms that the paving of the road by the Public Works Project, especially the dangerous places and turns, which was the obstacle to the movement of cars, brought life to the region and the road after a break for years.
Joy
The joy and hope returned to the people after the opening of the road and the return of cars' movement and replacing (donkeys) the only means of transport of goods and special purposes of the people.
"Paving the road has facilitated the movement " Saleh Al-Dhubibi says.
